Delete your Salahio account

You can permanently delete your Salahio account directly inside the app or submit a request by email.

Delete your account inside Salahio

1. Open Salahio and select Profile.
2. Sign in to the account you want to delete if necessary.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Review the explanation and select Delete permanently.
5. If requested, complete Google authentication to confirm your identity.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the Google email address connected to your Salahio account. This lets us verify which account should be removed. Do not send your password or authentication codes.

Email a deletion request

Alternatively, email admin@ketupartstudio.com with the subject “Salahio account deletion request”. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before completing the request.

What remains on your device

Prayer check-ins, cached prayer times, Quran history, favorite ayahs, tasbih counters and app settings are stored locally and remain available in guest mode. To remove them too, clear Salahio's storage in Android settings or uninstall the app.
